Apttus provides Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions built natively on Salesforce's Force.com platform. The platform automates the quote-to-cash process and digital transformation of commercial operations. Founded in 2006 by Kirk Krappe, Neehar Giri, and Kent Perkocha, Apttus operated profitably for eight years before raising external capital. The company was acquired by Thoma Bravo in September 2018 and subsequently merged with Conga in May 2020, adopting the Conga brand.
