Arzooo is a Bengaluru-based B2B retail-tech platform that equips India's offline neighbourhood electronics and home-appliance retailers with technology, credit and access to a broad inventory of branded SKUs. Through its flagship 'Go Store' integrated retail network, Arzooo enables brick-and-mortar stores to compete with online marketplaces by offering wider product selection without holding inventory, competitive pricing and consumer financing options. The company was founded in 2016 by former Flipkart executives Khushnud Khan and Rishi Raj Rathore. After overspending on Diwali-season incentives and a lender pulling its credit line led to a capital crunch and layoffs, Arzooo sold its technology platform, IP, trademarks and private-label brand to supply-chain firm Moksha Group in a distress deal in November 2024, with existing equity backers likely to write off their investments.
