Aumni was a venture-investment analytics and private-market data platform. Its data engine structured, tracked and analyzed the legal and economic terms of growth-stage private market transactions, giving venture funds, endowments, corporate venture arms and other private-capital investors a dashboard view of their holdings. Founded in 2018 in Salt Lake City by former attorneys Tony Lewis and Kelsey Chase, it served over 300 institutions before JPMorgan Chase acquired it in 2023. In December 2025, J.P. Morgan announced it would discontinue Aumni's services globally, closing operations in the US, UK, India and the Philippines.
