Better Juice

Rehovot, Israel Food & Beverage Acquired

Better Juice is an Israeli foodtech company that developed a non-GMO enzymatic process converting the simple sugars in fruit juice (sucrose, glucose and fructose) into dietary fibers and other non-digestible compounds, cutting sugar by up to 80% while preserving vitamins, minerals and flavor. The clean-label process runs in a bioreactor that integrates into existing juice production lines. Incubated at The Kitchen Hub, it raised an $8M seed round in 2021 and a Series A led by Ingredion Ventures in 2024. In April 2026 it was acquired by Prodalim, a Rotterdam-based juice and specialty ingredients group.
