Digit (legally Hello Digit, Inc.) is a US personal finance company founded in 2013 by Ethan Bloch and headquartered in San Francisco, California. Its mobile app uses AI to analyze a member's cash flow and automatically set aside money into savings, investing, and banking products, helping members save without manual effort. By the time of its acquisition, Digit served roughly 600,000 paying members and operated a neobanking platform that let users integrate existing bank accounts or open new accounts through Digit's bank partner. In December 2021, Digit was acquired by Oportun (Nasdaq: OPRT) and now operates as Oportun's savings product (branded Set & Save).
