Eobuwie.pl is one of Europe's largest online footwear and accessories retailers, founded by Marcin Grzymkowski and headquartered in Zielona Gora, Poland. The operating company, formerly eobuwie.pl S.A. and now Modivo.com S.A., runs the eobuwie and MODIVO multi-brand e-commerce platforms across European markets. CCC S.A. took control in 2016 and, after abandoning a planned IPO in 2025, bought out the remaining minority shareholders to reach 100% ownership. The listed parent renamed itself Modivo S.A. (Warsaw: MDV) in February 2026.
