Founded in 2016 in Bengaluru by Yashwanth Madhusudan and Sivaramakrishnan Narayanan, Fyle expanded into the United States and integrates with accounting platforms including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Xero. In July 2025, Sage announced the acquisition of Fyle, and the company was rebranded as Sage Expense Management.
