GeoPura
GeoPura is a UK-based clean energy company and, since August 2026, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ballard Power Systems (NASDAQ/TSX: BLDP). It produces green hydrogen by electrolysis and designs, manufactures and operates Hydrogen Power Units (HPUs), zero-emission replacements for diesel generators that convert hydrogen into electricity with water as the only by-product. It runs the UK's largest compressed hydrogen distribution fleet and half-owns the HyMarnham Power production joint venture. Founded in 2019 in collaboration with Siemens Energy, GeoPura supplies off-grid and grid-constrained power to construction, events, film and TV, and infrastructure customers.
