Illusive Networks is an Israeli cybersecurity company founded in 2014 by Team8 and Ofer Israeli, pioneering deception technology and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR). Its agentless platform stops cyber attackers from moving laterally inside networks by finding and eliminating errant credentials and connections, planting deceptive information about a network's resources, emulating devices, and deploying high-interactivity decoys. The company expanded its product line to include Attack Surface Manager, Attack Intelligence System, and Identity Risk Management. Illusive was acquired by Proofpoint in December 2022.
