Spun out of Systems & Computer Technology Corp in 2002 as Agilisys, it was renamed Infor Global Solutions in 2004 and grew through acquisitions backed by Golden Gate Capital and Summit Partners. Its CloudSuite portfolio targets micro-verticals such as manufacturing, healthcare, distribution and hospitality, serving more than 60,000 customers in over 175 countries. Infor has been a wholly-owned Koch Industries subsidiary since 2020.
