Jüsto

Mexico City, Mexico E-Commerce & Retail Acquired

Jüsto is a Mexican 100% online, vertically integrated digital supermarket with no physical stores. Founded in 2019 and based in Mexico City, it sells groceries and household goods through its website and app for home delivery, sourcing a majority of products from small and medium-sized Mexican producers. Jüsto expanded to Peru and Brazil before consolidating in Mexico. It ceased operations on 15 December 2025, and in January 2026 Costa Rica's Grupo OMNi acquired holding company Jüsto USA and relaunched the platform under new ownership with a US$100 million first-year investment.
