Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a small business CRM, sales, and marketing automation platform that combines contact management, email marketing, automated workflows, e-commerce, and invoicing into a single system designed for solopreneurs and small businesses. Founded in 2001 in Mesa, Arizona by brothers Scott and Eric Martineau (later joined by CEO Clate Mask), the company rebranded from Infusionsoft to Keap in January 2019. Keap was acquired by Thryv Holdings (NASDAQ: THRY) for $80 million in cash, closing on October 31, 2024, and now operates as a subsidiary of Thryv.
