Kiavi, founded in 2013 as LendingHome, is one of the largest US non-bank lenders to residential real estate investors, offering fix-and-flip bridge, ground-up construction and DSCR rental loans across 49 states and Washington, D.C. It has funded more than $30 billion across over 100,000 loans, originating a record $7.8 billion in 2025, and funds itself largely through its LHOME securitization shelf. On September 1, 2026 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Figure Technology Solutions, which acquired the platform in a $717 million transaction alongside a Figure/Sixth Street joint venture that bought Kiavi's balance-sheet loans.
