Launchmetrics is a cloud-based SaaS platform providing brand performance, PR, sample management, and marketing analytics tools to the fashion, luxury, and beauty industries. Formed in 2015 through the merger of Paris-based influencer marketing software company Augure and New York-based fashion technology company Fashion GPS, the company is best known for its proprietary Media Impact Value (MIV) metric, which has become an industry-standard measurement for PR and marketing initiatives across print, online, and social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Douyin, WeChat, and Weibo. Its platform serves leading luxury houses including Dior, Fendi, NET-A-PORTER, and others. In January 2024, French industrial technology group Lectra acquired a majority stake (approximately 50.3%) of Launchmetrics in a deal valuing the company at roughly $200 million, with a phased buyout of remaining capital scheduled through 2030.
