Locusview is a utility-focused software company that provides an enterprise-scale Digital Construction Management (DCM) platform for operators of critical infrastructure, including energy (gas and electric), telecom, and water utilities. The platform automates the capture of high-precision data in real-time in the field, bridging the gap between design, execution, and systems of record. It helps utilities manage capital projects from planning through close-out, improving productivity, safety, and reliability. Founded in 2014 in collaboration with GTI Energy (formerly the Gas Technology Institute), Locusview is dual-headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and Herzliya, Israel. In November 2025, Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Locusview for $525 million in cash; the transaction closed in January 2026 and Locusview is now part of Itron's Resiliency Solutions offerings.
