LogiNext is an AI-driven logistics automation and last-mile delivery management SaaS platform. Founded in 2014 by Dhruvil Sanghvi and Manisha Raisinghani and headquartered in Mumbai (with offices in New Jersey, Delhi, Dubai and Jakarta), the company provided route planning, dispatch automation, real-time tracking, and performance analytics to enterprise customers including KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Burger King and McDonald's. After raising roughly $50M in venture funding led at Series B by Tiger Global and Steadview Capital, LogiNext's board passed a resolution on July 8, 2024 to wind down operations, and in August 2024 the company sold substantially all of its assets (software, hardware, subsidiaries, customers and vendor contracts) to Delaware-registered Stellation Inc. for approximately $250,000.
