Markforged develops industrial 3D printers and additive manufacturing systems that let engineers print metal and continuous-carbon-fiber composite parts at the point of need. Its Digital Forge platform combines printers such as the FX10, cloud software (Eiger) and proprietary composite and metal materials, serving aerospace, defense, automotive, medical and industrial customers. Formerly NYSE-listed as MKFG after a 2021 SPAC merger, Markforged has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Nano Dimension since April 2025. In May 2026 Nano Dimension agreed to sell Markforged to Stratasys for $42.5 million, with Nano Dimension retaining the Metal Binder Jetting product line.
