Pixeon is a Brazilian healthcare technology company providing imaging and workflow software for healthcare providers, including PACS (picture archiving and communication systems), RIS/LIS (radiology and laboratory information systems), and HIS/EMR (hospital information and electronic medical records) solutions. Founded in 2003 in Florianopolis, the company serves more than 3,000 healthcare institutions across Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and Peru. Its flagship Aurora PACS has been recognized multiple times as Best in KLAS for Latin America. In September 2025, controlling interest in Pixeon was acquired by Vela LatAm, the Latin American arm of Canadian software conglomerate Constellation Software's Vela Software, with founders Roberto Ribeiro da Cruz and Iomani Engelmann continuing as Co-CEOs.
