Rumble Fitness

New York, NY Consumer Acquired

Rumble is a boxing-inspired group fitness concept that delivers 45-minute, 10-round, full-body strength and conditioning workouts built around specially designed water-filled, teardrop-style boxing bags. Founded in January 2017 in Chelsea, New York City by Noah Neiman, Eugene Remm, Andy Stenzler, and Anthony DiMarco, the company combined hospitality, service, and fitness backgrounds to create an urban, music-driven boutique boxing studio experience. Rumble expanded from its NYC flagship to Los Angeles, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Chicago before being acquired by Xponential Fitness in March 2021 for an enterprise value reported around $300 million, after which it was scaled as a franchise concept across North America and internationally. In August 2025, Xponential Fitness divested Rumble (along with CycleBar) to Extraordinary Brands.
