Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, it operates a central monitoring station that delivers intrusion-alarm, CCTV and two-way audio services with its ACTIVE DETERRENCE technology to banks (ATMs and branches), retail chains, logistics and other enterprise customers. Clients include ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, SBI, PNB, McDonald's, Domino's, PepsiCo, Aramex, Aditya Birla, Raymond, IIFL, TVS Logistics and Bosch, with 25,000+ sites under vigilance. In September 2025, Securens was acquired by listed cash-management firm CMS Info Systems and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary.
