Founded in 2009 by AGI pioneer Peter Voss and headquartered in El Segundo, California (with operations later relocated to Fort Worth, Texas), SmartAction was acquired by AI automation platform Capacity in July 2024 and now operates as 'SmartAction by Capacity'.
