Millions of creators use it, and the company runs in-stream advertising and sponsorship campaigns for brands across the livestreaming ecosystem. Founded in Israel and long headquartered in Tel Aviv, StreamElements was acquired by gaming hardware maker Razer on 31 July 2026, which bought substantially all of the business's assets from holding company Live Momentum Ltd. It now operates as a subsidiary of Razer, with its products unchanged.
