Triplemint was a New York City-based, technology-driven residential real estate brokerage founded in 2013 by Yale classmates David Walker and Philip Lang (originally launched as Suitey before rebranding to Triplemint in 2015). The company built a proprietary data and machine-learning platform that paired predictive analytics with a full-service brokerage to help clients buy, sell, and rent homes in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. By 2022 Triplemint employed roughly 75 engineers, data scientists, marketers and strategists and supported nearly 250 agents. In May 2022 Triplemint was acquired by Los Angeles-based luxury brokerage The Agency in an all-equity transaction; the combined company concurrently raised $35M in growth capital at an approximately $350M valuation, and Triplemint was rebranded as The Agency New York while its technology stack was rolled out across The Agency's global footprint.
