Founded by Bill Moore in 2002 as RadioTime (rebranded to TuneIn in 2011), the company distributes its service across more than 200 platforms and connected devices in over 100 countries, serving more than 75 million active listeners worldwide. TuneIn was acquired by Canadian audio-media company Stingray Group in November 2025 for up to $175 million.
