Webull México is the Mexican retail brokerage subsidiary of Webull Corporation (Nasdaq: BULL), formed from the November 2023 acquisition of Mexico City-based fintech Flink (Miflink S.A.P.I. de C.V.) and its CNBV-regulated brokerage Vifaru Casa de Bolsa. The platform allows Mexican retail investors to trade fractional shares of U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs with zero commissions, alongside financial education tools, simulated trading, a Mastercard-backed debit card and a wallet service. Originally founded by Sergio Jiménez Amozurrutia and Ricardo Bueno in 2017, Flink launched its brokerage product in 2020 and reached more than 1.6 million users before its acquisition. The Flink brand was rebranded to Webull in April 2025 with the launch of a redesigned Webull-branded application targeting Mexico's young, digitally native investor base. Webull México operates under Mexican CNBV (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores) regulation via the Vifaru brokerage license and is overseen by Ruben Guerrero, Webull's Head of Latin America.
