X Shore
X Shore is a Swedish builder of premium fully electric boats, founded in 2016 by Konrad Bergstrom and based in Stockholm, with a 14,000 sqm assembly-line factory at Nykoping. Models include the Eelex 8000, X Shore 1 and X Shore PRO, sold to recreational and professional customers across Europe, North America and APAC. After raising roughly SEK 1.2 billion, production subsidiary X Shore Production AB entered bankruptcy in October 2025 and parent Xshore AB (publ) followed on 29 January 2026. Norwegian investor Staale Reiersen's Fortivo AS bought the business from the estate and restarted production in April 2026.
