Founded in Tel Aviv in 2012 by Yaniv Mor, Saggi Neumann, and Moty Michaely, the company served hundreds of organizations seeking to bypass the complexity of traditional ETL tools. In December 2018, Xplenty was acquired by Xenon Ventures (Xenon Partners) for an undisclosed amount reportedly under $10 million, after which it was rebranded as Integrate.io in 2021 and expanded into a broader operational ETL and data pipeline platform.
