Zebra Medical Vision is an Israeli AI medical imaging company founded in 2014 that developed FDA-cleared deep-learning algorithms to automatically analyze radiology scans (CT, X-ray, mammography) for conditions including cardiovascular disease, liver disease, lung disease, breast cancer, brain bleeds, and vertebral compression fractures. The company built one of the world's largest curated medical imaging research platforms and partnered with health systems globally to power population-health screening. In August 2021, Nanox (NASDAQ: NNOX) agreed to acquire Zebra for up to $200M; the all-stock merger closed in November 2021 and Zebra was rebranded as Nanox.AI, the AI subsidiary of Nano-X Imaging.
