Zengo

Tel Aviv, Israel Crypto / Web3 Acquired

Zengo (formerly KZen Networks) is an Israeli developer of a non-custodial mobile crypto wallet that replaces traditional seed phrases with multi-party computation (MPC) cryptography. The keyless architecture splits private key material between the user's device and Zengo's servers, eliminating single points of failure while preserving self-custody. The wallet supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, major altcoins, NFTs, and dApp connectivity, and has served more than 2 million users across 180 countries with zero reported wallet hacks since launch. In April 2026, Zengo agreed to be acquired by Nasdaq-listed eToro for approximately $70 million.
