Hubilo

San Francisco, CA Event Technology Acquired

Hubilo was a virtual and hybrid events platform offering cloud-based webinar and event software with engagement tools including virtual booth management, polls, gamification, a landing-page builder, a broadcasting studio and revenue-impact analytics. Founded in 2015 in Ahmedabad, India by Vaibhav Jain and Mayank Agarwal, it pivoted to virtual events during the COVID-19 pandemic and raised about $153 million, chiefly from Alkeon Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Balderton Capital. After post-pandemic contraction and repeated layoffs, Hubilo was acquired by Portland-based Brandlive in September 2025; its customers were migrated to Brandlive's Virtual PRO platform in January 2026.
