InsideSales (formerly XANT, originally InsideSales.com) is a sales engagement and AI-powered sales acceleration platform. Founded in Provo, Utah in 2004 by Dave Elkington and Ken Krogue, the company pioneered predictive analytics and guided sales engagement for B2B sales teams. After raising over $251 million from investors including Kleiner Perkins, Polaris Partners, Salesforce Ventures and Microsoft and reaching a peak valuation of nearly $2 billion, the company rebranded to XANT in 2020. XANT was acquired by Aurea Software in August 2021, which subsequently retired the XANT brand and revived the original InsideSales name. The platform operates as part of Aurea's commerce software portfolio.
