Radius (Radius Intelligence, Inc.) was a San Francisco-based B2B data and predictive marketing intelligence platform that compiled a database of more than 20 million U.S. small and medium-sized businesses to help enterprise sales and marketing teams identify, target and engage their best-fit customers. The company built what it called The Network of Record, fusing public, proprietary and customer data with machine learning to power account-based marketing, prospecting and customer data management for clients including American Express, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, MetLife, Square, Sam's Club, First Data, United Airlines and Zenefits. Co-founded in 2009 by Darian Shirazi (one of Facebook's earliest hires), Noah Hayes and Adrian Druzgalski, Radius raised more than $100M from investors including Founders Fund, BlueRun Ventures, 8VC, Salesforce Ventures, AME Cloud Ventures and Formation 8. After a high-profile 2018 attempt to merge with rival Leadspace was called off, Radius was acquired by SMB lender Kabbage in September 2019; its products were integrated into Kabbage rather than sold standalone, and Kabbage itself was acquired by American Express in 2020.
