Founded in 2011 by Ben Hindman and Brett Boskoff and originally built on the One Clipboard product, Splash launched publicly in February 2012 and pivoted toward B2B event marketing in 2016, ultimately serving 500+ organizations including more than 60 Fortune 1000 companies. Splash was acquired by Cvent (a Blackstone portfolio company) on September 4, 2024, becoming part of Cvent's field marketing product suite.
